Rental terms
Payment Terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- The guest can cancel for free 60 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 60 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
Additional terms
- The renter will refund the advance payment in the following cases and in the following manner:
a) if the guest cancels the reservation 60 or more days from the start of the rental in the amount of 100%
b) if the guest cancels the reservation within 60 to 30 days from the start of the rental in the amount of 50%
c) if the guest cancels the reservation within 30 days from the start of the rental, NO refund will be made
